They are AMAZING!
This is our first time, so I can't speak to longevity here, but in terms of Doctor O, incredible. We have moved from a new state, so this was our first visit and our youngest had a complete meltdown. We ended up only being able to have our older daughter seen, but Dr. O made a point to come over to the waiting area and connect with my younger daughter. He got on her level, talked to her, was able to build trust and invited her to come look at the tools to ease some of her anxiety. He was so genuine, the perfect level of silly and educational, he diffused an emotionally charged situation on all accounts. We plan to try again in a couple months, hoping it was just a bad day, but I'm so thankful for his demeanor, his drive to have my child feel seen and the validation he gave her for being scared (even when I started to fail in that area).
My son had his first visit today and the attending and doctor did amazing with him !
Had my wisdom teeth surgery here and they did a perfect job. TRUST ME when they say you won’t remember anything you will not remember anything. Was put to sleep fast. The procedure was literally painless glad I had it removed here. Would recommend it to family or friends.
Absolutely love this clinic for our 3 kids. Lisa (I believe that’s her name) at the front desk is amazing. 😊

I brought my 2 kids in for their check up today and this was the first time they saw Dr. O. They said he was really nice and loved his fun Lilo & Stitch socks and croc charms. The doctor explained some things going on with my kids’ teeth that needed attention and offered to do the treatment for both of them same day! I took full advantage of that since we were already there and it would save us a trip back. My kids always have a great experience there and the team is always so friendly.
The staff are very helpful and very supportive. Thank you for being kind with my children.

Children’s Dental center is awesome. We have been going there since my oldest was 2; he is now 23. Now I take my granddaughters there
This place is made with kids in mind. The ease and convenience of getting my 4 kids in the dentist at the same time is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our kids love going!
Absolutely LOVE the staff. The young man who cleaned both my boys teeth was so nice and patient especially since it was the first visit for one of them. Ladies were wonderful as well! The new doctor is fantastic! With it being my sons first visit he was willing to try a few different ways of getting him to open up and let him count and look at his teeth!
All staff were amazing and my 2 year old very much enjoyed her first dentist appointment with Dr. O. I highly recommend Children’s Dental Center of Central Iowa.
Amazing!!! The staff is absolutely wonderful! I was worried about my son (he is 4) they took him back alone where I'm originally from (East TN) they don't separate the kids from parents, but they made him feel comfortable and safe. You can tell they honestly care about the children! The front desk staff are superior! Especially Lisa!!!! I drive 1.5 hrs and would drive further if needed be!!!!!!!!!!!
Fantastic staff are so good with the kids. My oldest went from very nervous and upset to telling me how much he loves Dr O after having 2 teeth pulled. Always a great experience.
I've taken my daughter twice now (under 2 years old) and so far it's been a great experience. Everyone is nice and friendly and super convenient location for us. I love it how they just book your next appointment before you even come in. You have one thing less to worry about.
Very pleased. Got us in same-day for an emergency visit after my son was experiencing severe tooth pain. They were courteous and accommodating to my child's special needs. I love a dentist that lets me go back with my kids. My son loved Dr O. He ended up needing a tooth extracted. They squeezed us in and took care of the tooth. I have one happy boy now who is feeling so much better. He'll be sleeping like a baby tonight. Very thankful! 10/10 recommend!
For taking 3 children they had us in and out of there. Very polite and would very recommend. Great with children. Thank you for such a wonderful first visit.

Lisa the receptionist was so welcoming the first time I knew right away this place was top notch. When we arrived the place was so kid friendly. The staff was amazing with our 18month old he did not want to leave. So glad we chose this place!
This was an amazing place! They took their time and I could tell that working with children is their passion. They truly wanted to make the kids feel comfortable and the environment was very kid friendly.
This was my son's first dentist appointment and we were very happy with our visit! Everybody was so nice and made the experience super easy and not at all stressful. So glad we chose them and we'll be happy to head back in 6 months.
Best experience from the first call to our first visit yesterday! We were new patients and they treated us so good. Got us right in at their sister location for cavity repairs on my daughter same day for confidence! Facility has top notch equipment, clean, and inviting. The hygienist and Dr. Danielle as well as Dr. Chris were AMAZING. So looking forward to future visits!
I love the atmosphere as soon as we walked in. All of the staff were friendly, inviting, and fun interacting with. My daughter felt comfortable and loved the dental assistant helping her.
The staff here, especially the ladies up front, are so kind! They paid extra attention to my child and made an extremely difficult experience a lot easier! Highly recommended!
Excelente services my son had tooth 🦷 ache for couple of days I called around to different places and no one had openings. They attended to me right away and made appointment for the next day.
I’ve been pleased with the services. The facility is always clean and welcoming. Parents are allowed to be in the visits with toddlers, then children transition to going into the back with Orthodontist alone at around school age. I admit I was surprised by the policy but I have learned to trust them as they are always diligent and great with kids. My son loves the entertainment provided in the waiting room and in the offices.
The best children’s dentist in Iowa. The clinic is modern and fun and the level of care is excellent.
They were nice. Lovely check in people. However, just to give people the heads up, I saw two young children, 2-3 years old go back by themselves and I think that’s too young. Maybe 5 at minimum an age where you can explain and they UNDERSTAND what is going on. More for adolescents than pediatrics.
Great staff! My daughter usually has bad anxiety for the dentist and they helped her a lot there!! Very happy!
The ladies are truly amazing with everyone!! From the customer service to the work preformed I can’t say enough just how wonderful everything was!!! The kiddos are so excited to make return visits for there care!!
