Children’s Dental Center of Central Iowa is the first laser dentistry practice in Iowa. Laser dentistry utilizes the latest technology to provide a quick, virtually pain-free experience. Using this innovative technology, the dental procedure is less invasive and more convenient for patients and their families, so children can get back to school and parents can get back to work – the same day!
We really do want you and your kids to feel welcome here. From the time children walk in to the last goodbye, it is our goal that your child’s dental visit be as pleasant and fun as possible. Children learn and deal with their world through play. Because of that, you will see many opportunities for kids to play in our office.
Dr. Leonard is playful with kids to establish a relationship with them from their very first visit. You will find that the doctors frequently interact with children more than with parents. Our goal is to make our office a place that children understand is specifically for them, not just another adult environment that they are expected to adapt to.
